Return & Refund Policy

 

Cancellations

Once an order is placed, it enters our processing queue immediately. Due to the speed and efficiency of our order preparation, we are unable to cancel orders once they have been confirmed. We appreciate your understanding and are dedicated to ensuring a quick and seamless delivery experience.

 

Non-personalized Returns

At Chic && Ornaments, we strive to deliver inspiration and happiness with each and every order. If you are not happy with any non-personalized item you may return the item(s) to us within 30 days of your purchase. After 30 days, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Personalized Returns

To submit a refund, store credit or exchange request, please click here. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your account to be credited.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.


Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.


If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at chicornaments@outlook.com.

Exchanges 

We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective item for the same item, send us an email at chicornaments@outlook.com.

Shipping

For any approved returns, Chic && Ornaments will provide a shipping label via email. If you request a refund, you will be responsible for the cost of the label for your return. This cost will be deducted from your refund amount. If you request an exchange or store credit there will be no fee for the return. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Please be sure to keep the tracking number that is provided on your prepaid return label for tracking purposes.

If you choose to return and not utilize the Chic && Ornaments shipping label, we are not responsible for lost or returned packages. We recommend that you insure and track your package for the full value of the contents.
